Octosup

Terms of service

Last updated October 31, 2026

Version 2026-10-31

These terms cover octosup.ai, its waitlist when available, and the free beta service at app.octosup.ai. The site is run by Di Cosmo Vincenzo, sole proprietorship, VAT IT11115670967 (“we”). If you use Octosup for an organisation, you must have authority to act for it. You must accept these terms, including the Data Processing Addendum where applicable, and acknowledge the Privacy policy before using the app. We record the accepted version and date. Contact us if you cannot agree.

Free beta

Octosup is free during the beta. No payment card is needed. Access is by invite. The waitlist opens soon.

Beta features may change, contain errors or become unavailable. Keep your own copies of important work. We may change limits or end the beta; where reasonably possible, we will give advance notice and an opportunity to retrieve your content. Any future paid offer requires separate, clear acceptance: beta access does not authorise charges.

Your account and team

Use accurate account details, protect your sign-in links and credentials, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Workspace administrators manage membership and permissions. Invite only people you are authorised to invite.

Your content

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You grant us the permission needed to host, store, reproduce and display it to provide the service to you and the people and agents authorised in your workspace. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content.

You are responsible for having the rights and lawful basis needed to upload and share content, including other people's personal data. Do not upload secrets, unlawful material, or special-category personal data such as health information. Where we process personal data on your organisation's behalf, the Data Processing Addendum forms part of these terms. It applies to the personal data we process on your organisation's instructions.

AI agents and integrations

You choose which external clients to connect and which access to approve. Review their permissions, provider terms and privacy settings before connecting them. Their subscriptions and charges are separate from Octosup. You remain responsible for reviewing agent actions and output before relying on them. AI output may be inaccurate; Octosup does not guarantee its accuracy or suitability.

Disconnecting a client prevents further authorised access but cannot remove data it has already received. Connected providers operate their own services and may have different availability and retention practices.

Acceptable use

Do not access other people's data without permission, bypass access controls, distribute malware, infringe rights, or overload or disrupt the service. Report suspected security issues privately to our contact address.

Leaving or losing access

You can stop using Octosup and request account deletion in Account settings. You can also request deletion by writing to hello@octosup.ai, including if you have not accepted these terms. Transfer ownership first if you are the sole owner of a workspace with other active members. Shared contributions can remain attributed to “Deleted user”; personal workspaces close immediately and become eligible for permanent deletion after 14 days. The Privacy policy explains the limits, including shared content and backups.

We may restrict or suspend access to address abuse, security risks or legal requirements. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and allow you to resolve the issue. Contact us to dispute a restriction or request help retrieving content you are entitled to receive.

Using the site

Don't try to disrupt the site or get around its limits. The Octosup name, logo and the content of this site belong to us; you can quote and link to them, not reuse them as your own.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available but can't promise it always will be. For the service, we use reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy

How we handle your data is described in the Privacy page.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law and the courts of the country where you live. For disputes, the courts determined by applicable law have jurisdiction. We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes before they take effect where reasonably possible. Changes do not remove rights already accrued; you can stop using the service if you do not accept them. The date above identifies this version.
